A few simple checks before we reglaze your frames

Following these steps helps us assess your frame accurately and complete your order as efficiently as possible.

Before posting

Leave your existing lenses fitted

Please do not remove your current lenses. They help us verify the frame, measurements and glazing requirements.

Packing

Pack your glasses securely

Place your glasses inside a protective case where possible, then pack them inside a padded envelope or sturdy small box.

Postage

Use the prepaid label we email you

After ordering, we will email your prepaid postage label. Print it, attach it securely and take the parcel to the stated drop-off point.

What happens next
