When your glasses arrive, our optical team will assess the lenses already fitted and use that information to select the most appropriate corridor length for your new lenses.
We will also consider your frame, prescription and chosen lens design. You do not need to choose a corridor length yourself.

We assess your current lenses, select the corridor and fit your new lenses.
Your glasses are cleaned, quality checked and returned free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

No. We assess the varifocal lenses already fitted in your glasses and select the most appropriate corridor length for your new lenses, taking your frame and prescription into account.
Your existing lenses provide useful information about the design and corridor you are accustomed to. Please leave them fitted in the frame when sending your glasses.

Yes, provided the frame is in suitable condition. We inspect every frame before glazing and will contact you if we have any concerns.
Most varifocal orders are completed within 7–10 working days from receiving your glasses, although specialist lenses may take a little longer.
