Your postage pack is on it’s way, what’s next?

Sending your glasses to us.

All you need to do when the pack arrives is to follow the instructions on the form we send you and then post us your glasses in our prepaid box. If you have told us that you are sending your glasses using your own packaging then you will shortly receive a follow up email with some simple instructions

How do you pay for your lenses?

When we receive your glasses we check them against the information you have provided, at this point changes can still be made and we will always contact you to discuss this. Once you are happy we will then send you your quote and payment link.

If for any reason you decide not to use our service, then we are more than happy to return your glasses to you free of charge via a secure, tracked service.

Please keep in mind that we are manufacturing opticians that have been serving Independent Opticians with a lens glazing service for almost 25 years, so your glasses are always in safe hands.

As an independent family run lab with over 30 years’ experience in the optical industry we truly value each order we receive. As we can manufacture all our lenses on site this means you cut out the middle man and any additional costs so you can be sure you are getting the best price.

We understand that when you find your perfect frame you want to hold onto it for as long as possible, we have been re-glazing frames for as long as we can remember and unlike the high street opticians, we don’t believe you should pay a premium for a re-glaze service.
