Our step-by-step process will help guide you through choosing the correct lenses for your needs, with tips and information at each stage, ordering your new replacement lenses will be quick and easy.
step 1: request your free pack
To request a pack, please follow the step-by-step questions via our online order form. You will then place and pay for your order via our online shop.
Once we have received your order, we will send out a box along with a prepaid postage label.

step 2: send us your glasses
When you receive the postage box and label securely package your frames inside (along with a paper copy of your prescription if you have chosen this option) and return to us.
Once we have received your glasses, we will use state of the art machinery to look at your old lenses and double check what you have ordered. If at any point we don’t think something looks quite right we will contact you.
step 3: enjoy your new lenses
Your order will then be sent to our lab where your new lenses will be manufactured and fitted into your frames. All newly glazed glasses will be checked by our quality inspection team to ensure they meet our high standards.
We aim to have your order returned to you within 10-14 working days.
